[目的 /意义]揭示我国啤酒产业发明专利布局存在的问题，为提升我国在该领域的知识产权保护水平和促进啤酒产业的技术发展提供建议。[方法 /过程]本文以全球范围内啤酒产业的发明专利申请数据为样本，统计分析了全球和国内的发明专利申请量趋势和专利价值度以及全球申请量的地域分布，细化分析了各产业链的申请量趋势以及申请人的排名、技术构成、专利布局等。[结果 /结论 ]我国啤酒产业的发明专利申请数量在全球范围内占优，但主要创新主体的研发重点仍局限在传统啤酒领域，区域布局集中在国内，存在较为广阔的研发空间和专利运营前景。启发国内创新主体可加大研发投入，细化自身核心优势，优化专利布局，同时在竞争中寻求合作，强化创新步伐，促进转化运用。

[Purpose/Significance] To reveal the problems in the layout of invention patents of the domestic beer industry, and provide suggestions for improving the level of domestic intellectual property protection in this field and promoting the technological development of the beer industry. [Method/Process]This article takes the data of invention patent applications in the beer industry worldwide as a sample, and statistically analyzes the trend and value of global and domestic invention patent applications, as well as the geographical distribution of global application volumes. It elaborates on the trend of application volume in every link of industry chain, as well as the ranking, technical composition, and patent layout of applicants.[Result/Conclusion] The number of invention patent applications in the domestic beer industry is dominant globally, but the research and development focus of the main innovative entities is still limited to the traditional beer field. The regional layout is concentrated in China, and there is a relatively broad space for research and development as well as patent operation prospects. The suggestions for domestic innovation entities are to increase research and development investment, refine their core advantages, optimize patent layout, seek cooperation in competition, accelerate the pace of innovation, and its promote transformation and its application.
